West Coast Surprise Elopement

Travelling to the West Coast for a New Years Eve wedding was a perfect way to round off the year that was 2020. Ending with love, surrounded by family and the waves, doing what I love could not have been a better NY celebration!

Melissa & Dwayne knew they wanted to be married, but were not excited about the planning and carry-on of a traditional wedding. They decided to surprise elope during a family holiday over the summer with all of their kids and family present. On New Years Eve they had “organised” a family photographer to take a few family photos, after getting all of the kids and family ready down on the beach, Melissa & Dwayne made their entrance in full wedding gear, giving their family a big surprise!

After the ceremony we rock hopped around to a quiet beach and had some fun with their portrait session.
